| Shipping and handling |

£ Ship worldwide by FedEx, DHL, EMS, TNT or UPS priority service. It usually reaches buyer in 3-5 working days unless otherwise noted.
£ All orders are processed the next business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will not ship until Monday.
£ Tracking number will be emailed after delivery.

£ If buyer is unwilling to pay for insurance fee, seller is irresponsible for any damages or goods missing during transportation.

| Stock |

£ We only list the items which are in stock and ready to ship. But in occasion, between store inventory updates and discontinued products, an item may be out of stock when order is placed.
£ If the product is out of stock for any reason, you will be notified within 2 business days.
£ For temporarily out of stock orders, we will special order it for you from manufacturer and send you an ETA ("Estimated Time of Arrival" from Vendor) instantly and the item will be shipped as soon as it received.

| Damages and Complaints |
|

£ BUYER shall inspect the equipment upon delivery of package. If buyer deems equipment packaging to be damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to photograph the package and notify us immediately. Shipping damage is not the responsibility of seller. Buyer must notify seller of any defects or non-conformity whatsoever in the equipment within 5 days of receipt. Failure of buyer to notify us shall constitute an acceptance of the Equipment and waiver of all defects and/or nonconformity in the Equipment.
£ In case of damages due to shipping, buyer decides whether to keep or return the equipment within 5 days of receipt. No return will be accepted after 5 days of receipt. Seller will not be responsible for damage to uninsured shipments.
Buyer should confirm the item description before purchasing. Seller has no responsibility for buyer's mistake in purchase and won't refund the payment under such condition after shipment.
